Pros
Flexiblity depending on the team, some days workload is a lot, but we have a lot of flexibility to arrange our times and work balance. Also we get to work fully remote no questions asked, no percentage of on-site work at all which right now is a 10/10 because it doesn't really exist anymore
Cons
Pay is very low, and performance review doesn't add much to the overall raise we get every year, compared to many other places in the industry their salaries are way below average
