Toxic, favoritist culture, terrible leadership, and poor HR - Anonymous employee Avature Employee Review

-HR is made up of incompetent people making poor decisions on and on. -Salary reviews are terrible (sometimes non-existent, with zero explanation). -Leadership is horrendous: no mentoring, promotions based on unfounded favoritisms. -This year has been full of constant layoffs with little to no communication about them.
