Not your average job. Myriad of challenges especially during the beginning. It takes a lot getting used to. There are some passionate and amazing colleagues. Similarly some highly opportunistic individuals, especially in the India office. They don’t really care much about the vision, instead make up their own job titles, and play toxic politics to draw attention to themselves. There are also a few very unethical individuals who actually made it to the very top.
