Very low level place - Anonymous employee Ashoka Employee Review

Completely old-fashion, super bureaucratic, doesn't care about quality, top-down management, always trying to make people work for free. As mentioned in other reviews, they preach empathy but inside there is very little. Abusive bosses remain unchecked. No self-criticism. Also, very elitist. They expect people to work for free. Who can afford that? People who do not depend on their jobs to pay the bills.
