Pros
Most staff are open and collaborative and super smart, working really hard. The Fellowship network is great. Focus on innovation.
Cons
- Very low salaries (even for mid level staff) - High staff attrition bc of low salaries and leadership issues - Founder syndrome, with "yes men" senior leaders that get paid a lot but don't do much - No transparency from senior leadership, top-down decision making - No one knows what the strategy is! - Staff are supposed to be "entrepreneurial" but without a strategy = serious mission drift
