Pros
Great wages, great working conditions in the offices, small family mentality with many perks such as BBQs and other regular social activities, flexibility in the workplace, little expectations from management and pretty much free to do what you want to do.
Cons
If you are smart and hardworking find somewhere else to work. This company promotes and supports staff members who contribute the least and who are only there for their paychecks. Lack of organization and vision across the company at all levels, lack of communication, always working on the same systematic issues and never progressing, use of old technology for ERP and all systems are segregated and unintegrated. Management is unsupportive and just wants the job done although they can't tell you how to do that as they don't understand what they want, and this company is very much old boys' club. If you are a woman, you will never get ahead or compensated at the same level as your fellow coworkers who are male. Very little management positions held by women. Also most staff members (other than a core group) don't last more than 1-2 years in their positions. They either leave for opportunities that will give them better work-life balance or get fired for a new flavour of the month.
