Worse Management. would never recommend to even a disliked person to join here, it is that horrible. Can't say about other departments but beware of this one. Senior team member do not want to share information, want to keep themselves valued. will so far as to not tell you stuff while formulating requirements and then while review point out all these "missed" things. Even though the domain is interesting you will not really learn anything since there is very less documentation and the workflows are very complex (well unless you are willing to spend 10 years here). was once told that should not contact senior team members by management to clarify doubts or ask anything(was a newly joined person) as their time is too valuable.
