      everything that a big company usually offer

      Cons

      Toxic management. Working on weekend is taken for granted. Culture is dominated by middle aged white and Indian men, no diversity at all.

      Good compensation, good benefits, many good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor culture distills poor managers to the top. Dishonest, deceitful, biased, and unavailable managers who just tell people what to do without providing any guidance or support. Different departments may operate differently.
