Pros
The pay is pretty good. Medical benefits are pretty good too. With differentials, bonuses, etc. pay is very good. The only problem is that the pay goes away once you go on a regular m-f shift. One typically makes 25 percent of their salary on shift over-time and differentials when working on a compressed work week. Taking a pay cut like that is never easy. I would think the medical plan is perhaps one of the best in the industry.
Cons
Mid level management and sales are to rigid (by the book). This may sound bad, but I feel contracts are lost because of this mindset. There is a lack of communication between management and CE's.
