      Pros

      Excellent pay, challenging work, flexible work practices, diverse work environment. Anglo Platinum also focused on developing employees and paid good bonuses. Safety a priority.

      Cons

      Long work hours, travelling to sites. Workforce is strongly unionised which is challenging. Large bureaucracy with onerous procedures that lead to wasted money.
