      Anglo American has been a highly rewarding place to work for the past number of years, with a clear focus on being the miner who actually genuinely cares about the sustainability of the human race and the planet we live on.

      Cons

      The company is shrinking fast, sorry, 'streamlining'. This could be a good thing, if the messaging about why and what the ambition is was as clear and exciting and driven as it could be.
