      Pros

      Strong portfolio; hugely respected in the countries they operate. Great reward structure for employees (but only if you’re at the right level). Focus on technology in mining.

      Cons

      Weak corporate centre weighed down by endless politics. Immature office culture - don’t expect to be trusted; don’t expect to see company values displayed ! Unable to break boom and bust cycle.
