      Travel opportunities in central roles Great calibre of people Doing some fantastic work in communities and in charities and small/micro enterprise development in African countries

      Cons

      No joined up thinking Lack of strategy Discipline/process gets in the way of innovation and growth Parochial group - still very SA centric despite what the RSAs think
