      Pros

      Salary, benefits and career opportunities are great. It's a privilege to work here.

      Cons

      Most departments expect you to work overtime and take your laptop home. Work life balance is generally not supported. You get added to numerous busy Whatsapp chat groups where most of the messages is not relevant to your work which infringes on your family time.
