      Pros

      Generally many opportunities to mingle and find out various functions of the firm. Great welfare and warm family setting for MOST of the time. Diverse talent pool with varying background(education and experience).

      Cons

      The firm seems to be at a critical junction of restructuring and adjusting to their new business model. Still in the adjustment mode. Attempting to sharpen commercial focus and "trading round the edges". Not too sure if the new set up works, needs some integration with former employees and new "commercial" colleagues.
