Pros
One of the biggest natural resources companies in the world. Lots of opportunity for career development and mobility in the organization. Present in all continents.
Cons
Too bureaucratic, but this is a problem of all the biggest companies out there. It's either bureaucracy or company size... The industry is reluctant to innovations given the huge focus on production. Pay could be better; I think they should have a higher variable pay with a proper HR mgmt system.
