      General culture is that all employees leave on time, unless in exceptional circumstances. Company has lots of initiatives caring about the wellbeing of employees. Pays very well, above market rate. Good benefits, including free breakfast and lunch!

      Old-fashioned company in nature, with some managers having old-school values
