Pros
I have been working at Amnesty International for a year now and have noticed it to be the best workplace I have ever worked at, it's incredibly inclusive and has an amazing culture. There are many opportunities to learn and develop within your work and you will always feel supported in what you do. There are many webinars and we have access to LinkedIn learning so I feel like we are always learning and improving ourselves. We also have a lot of wellbeing support available as well as a well being area within the building for employees to use as and when they need to.
Cons
As an amnesty employee who has worked here for a year I can confidently say I have not seen any cons of working for Amnesty, every work day is new and brings on ways to develop my career and I have never felt uneasy or upset with the way things have been run.
