Offers a vehicle to the average everyday person to learn and contribute to the vision of human rights.
Cons
Has been a complete disrespect for the value of members and the staff that supports them. Used financial mismanagement to cut established staff to control the organization. Wastes money on consultants and ignores institutional memory. Board is ineffectual and continues to hire poor Executive Directors.
