Pros

Really good management, and everyone is super encouraging and nice. No complaints there at all.

Cons

The environment is really toxic when it comes to meeting targets. I disagree right off the bat with taking people's bank details out on the street, even with their consent. This to me poses several information security concerns, regardless of what they can promise. Additionally, the fact that there are minimum monthly donations you can give, which in my eyes are not affordable, paired with not having the option to take cash, or to not accept single-time donations of anything less than over a hundred euro, is borderline unacceptable. Now, the problem for me is when the teams are asked to meet certain targets. TLDR; if you don't meet your targets for three weeks straight, you're let go. This creates pressure and often not the motivating kind, but rather a growing restlessness as the day goes by and the fundraisers aren't having a lot of luck. In my experience, they would become more insistent and the climate of not only the team, but also the people they talked to would deteriorate. It becomes increasingly toxic, and people don't like it. If you look at the reviews on the Google page for their office, this will become evident as well.
