Pros

- Remote policy pre-pandemic (up to 3 days from home); 2022 will be hybrid (can work remotely full-time or go into the office) - Vaccine requirement for employees - Levels up to Senior Manager are non-exempt, which will be necessary to compensate for the low base salary

Cons

- Low salary, even for an association - Limited growth opportunities - Promotions and bonuses vary greatly between departments; you must rely on your VP to advocate for you - Many long tenured employees underperforming and unhappy but stay for the telework policy and 3% annual increase - "The Great Resignation" hitting AGA hard: 20+ employees have left since the pandemic started, with many of the positions not being filled; this has led to employees taking on even more without additional compensation
