      Great culture, awesome work-life balance (37.5 hr work weeks and option to telework), management really cares about the well-being of it's employees.

      Cons

      I'm not sure if this is true for all roles, but my salary is a bit low for the position I am in, compared to the market, and considering my experience and skillset.
