Staff are cliquish. Management has it out for staff. There is at least pettiness and at most highly unethical behavior. It's a mom and pop shop. Leadership snipes at staff behind their back. I once heard a Council leader-member say, "No one GOOD ever stays at AGA." Every one in the room laughed. Make staff change their passwords not to be "password".
