There is a lot of hi-tech work here. Right from building of app for new devices like i-phones and android based smart phones to building robust software for the largest telcos in the world. Amdocs gives wide opportunity to employees to select what role they want to be also changes in jobs and roles when people like to move around. The seven year (still lesser in these times) is very well taken care of by lateral movement.

A new person needs to get used to aggressive work culture.
