Pros

Every six months was given raise. This was 2 years ago but things change daily and not sure if this is still the same policy.

Cons

systems slow and unreliable when answers were found they still were not clear and precise, difficult to find information quickly

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
