Pros

1. If you don't have any other opportunity it is a job where you might receive a check. 2. People with different backgrounds are present for future networking.

Cons

1. Company does not compensate employees adequately for knowledge and skill set. 2. Extremely disorganized. 3. Computer system and time card system needs to be overhauled. 4. Provide more efficient training. 4. Time off is not compensated accurately. 5. Easy to be dismissed if you accumulate points no matter the reason.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
