      The company would make sure I am up on all training for jobs. That is a great benefit to be educationally equiped to handle my job in a more professional manner.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
