Pros

The best part about working for Alorica is that you do get to help others with issues that they might be having and therefore it is a great position for someone that loves customer service

Cons

The downside to the company is,at least in Tulsa, that it seems to be poorly managed. Whenever someone calls into work or late for a shift they reach a helpdesk that is suppose to deliver these messages to the supervisor in the area where you are working but on several occasions my supervisor never received the message. Another downside is that they really push additional sales.

Things move quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it keeps the work exciting.

Pros

They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

Cons

Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
