Pros
The pay is okay and they offer pretty good benefits and they hire a lot of people internal for positions.
Cons
Alorica prides its self as a company that is family oriented but they are the complete opposite. As a former manager I've seen a lot of wrong being done such as firing employees who missed worked because their child was in the hospital and Alorica does not excuse dependents. They lie to their employees and they play A LOT of favorites which is the only way to get a promotion but once you get a promotion you don't get another raise for about 3 year and its only like 50 cents. The only people that benefit are Ops Managers and Site Managers and they do not provide information to the employees if a program is being closed until a couple of weeks before closing. Also we just went through Hurricane Irma and Alorica was planning on keeping us open during the storm know that it would be bad stating that since the building has Hurricane proof windows we will be fine but not caring about the fact that schools/ daycares are closed and people would have to drive through the Hurricane to get to work. The only reason why they closed is because of the curfew and even after the Hurricane was done they fired people for not coming into work even though they had a lot of damage to their home or car and out of power.
