      Resources! Due to the enormous amount of employees they have a lot of resources to help with development of employees.

      Cons

      Too big. Everything is about the bottom dollar. They don't care too much for the employees.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
