Safety is at risk. Hostile work environment from the managers and higher ups. My manager verbatim told me if I wanted my work accommodation I would have to beg for it. They give incentives then take them away two seconds later! Instead of hiring within they’ll hire someone new to be your manager. They don’t even know what they’re doing.
