      Paid training, you will learn how to handle customers

      Cons

      Emotionally draining, they never approve vacations, they do not value your life outside work (family emergencies) and they do not enforce their no retaliation policy

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Cons

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
