      Pros

      Company had health benefits, transportation and bonuses for performance.

      Cons

      Salary was not getting higher no matter how many years we worked. I was not able to get promoted due to inside competitive-ness for promotion. Team leader and HR weren't invested in keeping us working for the company. I was training new comers without getting any bonuses from it

      Pros

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Cons

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
