      Call after call unable to document calls because there is not enough time to document calls, Alorica will keep tell you that there is future when there is not CEO or upper management approval They will cut your time or ask to not work because there is not enough calls to take care

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
