Pros

Been working here for 5 yrs., bi weekly pay. good working environment at first.

Cons

Micro-management, they cut off the annual increase, work from home is no longer an option even for tenured agents. compensation is lower compared to the amount of work, pressure and stress from the higher-ups. Most TL's/TM's that are pro-agents resigned due to the pressure from the higher-ups. Toxic. No wonder why they have a lot of vacant positions.

Pros

They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

Cons

Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
