      Co-workers. Management and coworkers are the best.

      Cons

      Everything else. You are treated like an ex-con on parole. Metrics are IMPOSSIBLE to meet. If you go SECONDS over on time (due to no fault of your own) there is someone standing behind you staring at you screen and asking you why you are on the call so long... While you are on the call..

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
