      Nothing notable can be listed as a pro

      Cons

      - The place is a revolving door - Constant change in management and policies - I watched someone cry because they were a minute late to work and got an attendance point. Attendance policy is the most strict I have ever experienced - Receptionist is incredibly gossipy - The place feels like high school - The health insurance is useless

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
