Exposure to Multiple Technologies Highly Experienced and Driven Management Team Hard working and Smart people get identified by the Management and are pushed into leadership roles - Age/Qualification no bar Flat Hierarchy when compared to other IT company means less politics Great colleagues Awesome Hikes :)
Cons
None really but if i think hard then facilities are a small concern - though if you really notice then there are small but definite improvements happening in this direction
