Pros
1) Good learning about cutting edge technology. 2) New challenges and new things got to learn everyday 3) Free dinner provided by company available on first come and first serve bases 4) Flexible check-in time allowed 5) Good opportunity for fresher (However, there is a bond for 2 yrs)
Cons
1) Work life and Personal life will be totally imbalance 2) There is a in time but no out time 3) Frequent late night stays to complete the task 4) Challenges or issues not properly communicated to clients 5) Working on others person name, so in spite of doing all the good work, your actual name is not represented to the client. 6) A bond of 2yrs can be really big pain for a fresher if he is not able to survive in pressured environment
