This company is shamelessly and openly obsessed with profit above all else. There is no value for employee wellbeing, and it shows. If you see a job opening in the Leave Solutions department, do yourself a favor and don't apply. You'll regret it the moment you're hired and will be looking for a new job almost immediately. The leadership is only concerned with revenue; milking existing clients and trapping new ones by overpromising and underdelivering. The department is in utter chaos, plagued by multiple IT issues daily, and every new service they roll out is half baked and broken. To make Leave Solutions a profitable line of business, they are gutting the department. They forced top talent Account Executives to quit and didn't backfill their positions. Instead, they dumped those job duties onto already overworked and underpaid Account Managers, with no training, no experience, and, of course, no increase in salary. Account Managers are now doing the work of at least three people on multiple accounts. This short sighted leadership is doing all of this to make money without any consideration for how it's affecting the quality of service and the mental and physical health of their employees. All feedback falls on deaf ears. This is an absolutely horrible company to work for that doesn't appreciate talent or hard work. They make it obvious that you are expendable and not valued.
