Pros

Bonuses, remote work, good colleagues for the most part

Cons

Alight has stretched its account management team to the brink in pursuit of profit. Leadership continues to stack on clients, forcing people to work nights and weekends. Colleagues are breaking down in tears, and there’s been a mass exodus of top talent. Leadership has gone cold, prioritizing boardroom goals over basic decency. Service delivery declines daily, tech support is useless, and everyone passes the buck. Account executives and managers are holding the company together with no support or respect from other departments. While we’re having hard conversations and getting disrespected by clients, executives hand each other atta boys in debt-chasing meetings and push offshore solutions in tone-deaf sessions that interrupt already packed schedules. Meanwhile, managers are doing account executive-level work for half the pay — all to cut costs.
