      The positive is the ability to work remote.

      Cons

      Worked at Alight a little over 3-years, NO Cost of living increase in 3-years. Quarterly Bonus', changed to yearly, year 2, year 3 new stipulations making it very challenging to receive if at all. Clients are allowed to treat the consultants disrespectfully. Turn over of consultants makes it difficult to manage projects.

      Flexible work environment, ability to work autonomously or in a team, variety of tasks, time flexibility, training policies

      Cons

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
