Garbage - Anonymous employee Alight Solutions Employee Review

My company was acquired by Alight and every step of the process has been painful or disappointing. The IT infrastructure is pathetic. But worse is hearing about how awesome the financials have been overall, BUT... don't expect a raise this year. Salaries are already below market rates, and they have no interest in fairly compensating their employees. Benefits are also subpar. Don't take a job here. It's nothing but excuses on why they treat you like garbage.
