Pros
Lots of good people still work here The culture isn't horrifically bad They like to promote from within if you can stand being around long enough Remote-first workplace
Cons
Ancient technology undergirds all of the key benefits-related systems and they have no plans to update it Company pays below market rate for the level of work they expect Outsourced labor to India is just awful to deal with. They are constantly producing quality issues the NA teams are expected to just clean up. There is literally never enough staff to get things done. Wipro is a revolving door and people are constantly shuffling on and off teams. There is very little opportunity for training and development The benefits keep getting more expensive every year but raises do not compensate Many teams, because of the massive time difference between US and India, have a very difficult time getting and staying organized A lot of roles within the company just struggle with the basics and you're never able to catch up
