Not for introverts! Not sufficient training - Customer Care Representative Alight Solutions Employee Review

If you are an introvert or have a learning style that's different from just being lectured to, this may not be a good fit for you. I do think an introvert can succeed in this role in theory, but this company seems to only respect extroverts. Also, not enough training time, Pay is not great. I took this job hoping the quarterly bonuses would make up for the lower hourly pay, but it's not. I think you may make an extra $1,000 your first year at the most in this role. Lastly, if you struggle with anxiety this job may also not be a good fit.
