Pros
The company pays well, has 401k match, generous paid paternity and maternity leave, paid holidays, and virtual work capabilities for just about every role.
Cons
Business units within Alight are not well integrated, even though the company would sell itself as “one solution”. Employee onboarding/training and mentorship are woefully inadequate for most roles, leaving new hires ill equipped to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently. This leads to disconnected and burnt out employees who feel like they do not have adequate support at an organizational level. While colleagues will offer help, it’s almost always at their own expense.
