A Sinking Ship... Fast! - Client Specialist Alight Solutions Employee Review

The cons to this organization are just unbelievable. I have been an employee of this company for almost two years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Alight is making strides to take almost all positions in the US to India, thus making almost eliminating every position. There have been constant lay-offs, as well as unclear communication about the progression of the business. Career path is undefined and the work of a client specialist is pretty much a glorified assistant to your manager and a glorified customer service representative with more access. It's truly a sinking ship and does not seem to be making enough money to keep employees employed. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a job. As another reviewer said, you are simply a number to leadership and they will do anything it takes to cut costs, and that means cutting you as an employee. They have no regard.
