Your colleagues are down to earth and great! They have an open door policy and it is easy to talk to colleagues on all levels.
Cons
The company is cutting costs everywhere so our resources are being strained. This is causing a bottleneck of work in the operations level. There are small raises and bonuses but an increase of workload and stress. Management has only told me to do better when I ask for help. They don’t seem to address the serious amount of stress that the client specialists are under. I don’t think anyone here is surprised that so many client specialists leave within 1-2 years or are currently applying for other jobs. Retention is hard at this company where there is only one position after the Client Specialist position and it doesn’t feel like you set up for success.
