1. Being MNC, they wont throw you out any time unlike start-ups or old small companies. 2. Better Cafeterias 3. Transport(Bus Service and Cabs at night) 4. Good Infrastructure 5. Managers who are good at managing behavioral issues 6. HR
Cons
1. Lack of professional 'working' environment shown to the new joiners 2. Company needs to catch up with new technology very badly 3. Old tools plus in house tools 4. No good training provide by the team leaders to the new joiners 5. No good domain knowledge provided by the management to newbies 6. 3 days induction but no knowledge transfer in terms of domain 7. No seriousness shown by the team leaders for the new joiner and casual attitude towards work assignment to the newbies.
