Work life balance is tough to manage especially on data conversions team. I have gone weeks of working till midnight or later. Office is understaffed while management tries to grow by adding more clients - this leads to a lack of resources for every project Constantly dealing with client demands without having much opportunity to actually advise them; the worst parts of consulting without the good The job simply isn’t easy. You have to be smart AND willing to work hard and learn independently if you want to be successful
